Northern Ireland on IPTV

Belfast to Fermanagh, one subscription

Northern Ireland sits in two sporting worlds at once. The Irish League runs its own season from August to April with the Big Two derbies, Ulster and the Ireland team carry the rugby through the URC and the Six Nations, and the GAA championships fill the summer Sundays from May to September.

That mix shows up on the television guide too. BBC Northern Ireland and UTV cover the local football and rugby, RTÉ and Virgin Media bring the Irish internationals and the GAA, and Sky Sports, TNT Sports and Premier Sports handle the cross-channel competitions. All of them are in the same subscription here.

Belfast also punches above its weight in boxing, with regular fight nights in the city, and the darts tour and snooker events make the trip across the Irish Sea. Everything is listed in UK time, so a Saturday afternoon at Windsor Park and a Sunday afternoon at Croke Park both appear where you would expect them.
