How to buy our products and components?
You can click HERE to make
a secure online purchase. After your order is completed and payment received, a License Key of software will be sent to you immediately via email. |

How to register our softwares?
Please open the REGISTER dialog in the software, input the UserName and License Key, then press the OK button. |

What if I forget my License Key?
Email us the ref id of your purchase and you will receive your Register Key immediately to the e-mail address the purchase was made with. |

Why does not the License Key work?
Not only License Key but also user name must be entered correctly too. and they are case sensitive. |

The License Key does not work after upgrade the software, What have I to do?
Please email us at support@logipole.com, then your new License Key will be sent to the e-mail address of your purchase. |

Do I have to pay for the upgrades?
No! All upgrades are free to registered users. |

Yes! It's free. |

I would like to make a translation, how can I do?
Konvertor can be (for the moment) partially converted.
External files are in the folder 'menus'.
Once converted please email me the files, I will include them in the Konvertor distribution. |

Does Konvertor support graphic format .zzz?
Konvertor is know to support a huge list of graphic formats, including vector and exotic formats.
Still, there's even more formats out there, which are not (yet) supported by Konvertor.
If you still have the original program that created the image see if it allows the saving in a more common format
then email me the two files else email me the .zzz file and I will try to add it to the list. |

I can't see any video thumbnail
It's probably because the first frames are black. Click Setup then Main Window and enter, for example, 4 in the Get preview frame at field.
